Membership Dues and Coordination Fees


A financial review was conducted and a proposal was submitted by our Treasurer, Roger Hansen- W6TOZ, to revise the fee structure.

Roger's proposal was unanimously approved at the December 2002 General Membership meeting and goes into effect on 01/01/03.

The table below reflects the new fee structure.

To join WWARA, send your name, call sign, phone number, address, email-address, organization (affiliation) and dues to the WWARA mailing address.
$5 per
calendar year.
  • Annual WWARA Membership dues are for the calendar year January 1 through December 31.
    (Dues paid after November 1 will be applied to the next calendar year)
  • This includes all membership privilages.



New Coordination Processing Fee
 
Use the "Technical Data Sheet" (TDC) to apply.
Send the completed TDC and fee to the WWARA mailing address.
$5 per
application.
  • Covers the cost to WWARA for processing, coordinating and issuing a certificate of coordination for new or significantly modified systems.
  • Certificates are good for 5 year periods and may be renewed.
  • Application is no grarantee a frequency will be coordinated.
  • Non refundable.
  • Does not apply to Shared Non Protected (SNP) repeater pairs.  (See Coordination Policies, Section 22.)



Renewal Coordination Processing Fee
 
Use the "Technical Data Sheet" (TDC) to apply.
Send the completed TDC and fee to the WWARA mailing address.
$5 per
renewal.
  • Covers the cost to WWARA for processing, updating and issuing a Certificate of Coordination.
  • Renewal certificates are good for 5 years.
  • Does not apply to SNP.
